Structure and Components: The single-use linear cutting stapler (stapler) and its components consist of the instrument body and the staple cartridge-cutting assembly. The instrument body primarily includes the handle, safety switch, anvil base, locking lever, and firing button, while the staple cartridge-cutting assembly comprises the cutting blade, staple cartridge, pusher plate, and staple protective sleeve. The instrument body is available in three different specifications based on the cutting and stapling length, whereas the cartridge-cutting assembly comes in nine variations tailored to specific cutting lengths and staple heights. Each stapler is supplied with one pre-installed component and is delivered in a sterile condition, having been sterilized using ethylene oxide. It is intended for single-use only.
