Description

This product is designed as professional protective clothing for healthcare workers in medical institutions. It effectively prevents viruses from patients—from spreading through air or fluids—to medical staff. The product consists of a hooded top and pants, featuring elastic cuffs at the sleeves, ankles, facial opening of the hood, and waistband for a snug fit. Made primarily from high-density polyester woven fabric, it comes in two structural designs: one-piece and two-piece styles, as well as two types: sterilized and non-sterilized. Sterilized products are rendered sterile after ethylene oxide sterilization and are intended for single-use only. Available sizes and specifications are as follows: One-piece styles: 160, 165, 170, 175, 180, 185; Two-piece styles: 160, 165, 170, 175, 180, 185.

Structure and Composition: This product is manufactured by ultrasonic heat sealing of the mask body, nose clip, nasal bridge cotton, and mask straps. The mask body consists of four layers: an inner layer made of polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric, two middle layers of polypropylene meltblown nonwoven fabric, and an outer layer of polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric. The nose clip is crafted from metal wire encased in a polypropylene material, while the nasal bridge cotton is made from PU material. The mask straps are knitted using a blend of polyester low-elastic yarn and spandex yarn. Notably, the headband-style masks come equipped with an adjustable buckle, which is made from silicone material. The product is supplied in a sterile condition, sterilized via ethylene oxide, and intended for single-use only.
